Core Projects Group LLC was formed due to the need for an Environmental Service Company that could handle large and complicated remediation/brownfields projects and be trusted to work independently with the end goals for the project in mind – not the goals of environmental consulting companies.

 The first major project, Rockport Terminals, was a 250 acre historic carbon black industrial site at which 14 large areas of concern (AOC) were identified amongst wetlands and bayside property. It is now fully remediated and developing into the Gulf Coast largest independent multi-modal port /rail facility.

 The partners and staff have decades of experience in the oil/gas, mining and waste disposal industries as well as valuable relationships with colleagues in business and regulatory authorities. This talent pool has allowed Core Projects to handle a large variety of projects and deal effectively with government department staff to achieve good results.

In addition to specializing in multi-year remediation projects, Core Projects Group has added Environmental Survey, Marine Services, Liquid/solids Waste Disposal, Demolition, Emergency Response and Earthmoving Services to its portfolio. The common theme being time sensitive and highly involved projects with a focus on regulatory compliance and environmental challenges.
