Chemical Spill Cleanup
An accidental spill of liquid fertilizer occured and was contained within the safety berms of the client.
Discussions with the site manager resulted in a plan for Core Projects Group to remove the millions of gallons of contained spill liquid by pump and barge.
1.2 million gallons of liquid pumped to barge for removal/disposal.
Liquid was pumped from within the berm to a holding tank on site, then by pipeline to awaiting barges in the Port of Corpus Christi.
Lab testing established chloride levels, specific gravity and chemical content.
Proper disposal/recycle program was engineered to dispose of liquid based on lab testing.
Liquids transported and disposed.
Liquid was pumped from within the berm to a holding tank on site, then by pipeline to awaiting barges in the Port of Corpus Christi.
Final cleanup
